“A really nice stay
We stayed here with our two young daughters (7 & 9) in October, snd we really enjoyed it.
The rooms were spacious and well laid out, and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. The girls lived the pool by the roof bar. Food was good, and we really felt that was overall a good quality hotel.
My one moan was that the restaurant service wasn't great. Even when we were the only ones in there, food came out really late and never sll together as you would expect, with kitchen staff just standing around playing on their phones.
But my complaints are minor. I would absolutely stay here again”

Sometimes one realises that a dated property too can function very effectively if the the backend processes are evolved.This is one of them.an almost fifteen year old property is spick and span thanks to the house keeping.The rooms are crisp, food good and experience pleasant.Was here for a wedding.The housekeeping said that will clean the room only when some one was available from the party as a SOP for marriage parties.Very thoughtful and sensible.My compliments to the pastry chef and special mention for shashi the young person who was tirelessly helping us with the food all day long.”

Centrally located, neither in a busy place nor very quiet, the hotel boasts of affluence, most beautiful lobby I have seen, very co-operative staff. Rooms are spacious, elegantly made, bathrooms are clean and well decked. Breakfast is very good and that includes the morning staff. House-keeping staff are very helpful. Everything is close by; the pharmacist, eateries, pre-paid taxis.... not very far from the airport”
